Ekaterina worked as a teacher at a music school for many years, always had excellent organizational skills and was sociable. Since all members of Ekaterina’s family are experienced and highly qualified doctors, and Ekaterina is an excellent organizer, it was decided to connect these two lines and create a family business in the field of providing dental services to the population.
We decided to build a clinic near a busy highway between the city of Minsk and the national airport. To ensure the full comfort of customers, we opened a modern hotel, cafe and hairdressing salon in the same building.
There were many difficulties in implementing the business idea. First, it was necessary to get a construction permit, then develop a project, connect to communications, equip the clinic with modern medical equipment, and select excellent staff.
It took a lot of time to get permission to build a parking lot near the clinic. To do so, we needed to convince the local authorities that the parking place was really necessary, that its presence on this spot corresponds to the main aspects of the state’s social policy, and to prove that this infrastructural object is in the mutual interests of the local authorities and the owner of the clinic. Today, Ekaterina’s clinic is successfully operating, has a very high rating, and the services of the clinic’s specialists are of great demand among clients from Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, the Baltic States and other countries.
